It does not have the best user interface I've seen. Some songs either don't work or cause the program to say there is a problem with the connection. The search function is everything but intuitive. So what? Spotify lets me listen to the music I want at work or wherever I might have an internet connection and the right to install software without having to bring my mp3-player. And allows me to find long forgotten songs not easily found anywhere else.

The only negative aspect (except for it not being able to use it on my mobile phone) is that my mum appears to have become an addict of the program. But the only one suffering from that addiction is my dad so it's pretty ok.

For three years I've been teaching Tobii's customers how to use eye tracking within the UX field.
